What is a PBC (Provided By Client) List?

The provided by client (“PBC”) list is the foundation of any audit. This list is comprised of GL Details, financial institution statements, invoices, and other documents needed by auditors in order to complete audit tests.

PBC lists are typically sent in an excel document over email. Several billable hours are spent tracking down lost emails, figuring out how to upload large files, and organizing documents.
